Shipping Policy

 


At Honey & Prose™, every order is packed with the same care we’d give a beloved book from our own shelf. Once your package leaves our hands, it begins its journey through USPS or UPS, traveling only within the United States.


 

✨ Processing Time

 

 

  • Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days.

  • Small-batch goods (like teas and candles) may require extra time. If so, we’ll notify you.

 


 

🚚 Delivery Estimates

 

 

  • Shipping timelines depend on the carrier and your location.

  • Tracking will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

 


 

📭 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 


Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we cannot replace it if it is lost, stolen, or missing afterward.

For delayed or lost-in-transit orders, contact us for help with a carrier claim.


📌 Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, rerouting or replacement costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Because many of our items are handcrafted, small-batch, or perishable (like teas), we cannot accept returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

 

  • A photo of the damage

  • A photo of the box or packaging

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours, provided they haven’t shipped. After that, processing has begun and cannot be reversed.
